Purchase Policy

Our goal at Seven Steps Up Live Music & Event Venue is to make your concert purchase as easy and efficient as possible. Our Purchase Policy is designed to provide you with the information you need to ensure a trouble-free and smooth transaction, as well as easy access to the venue the night of the concert.

We are a listening room. We ask that all patrons refrain from conversation while the artist is performing. Seven Steps Up Live Music & Event Venue reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose actions are deemed disorderly or disruptive.

Seven Steps Up Live Music & Event Venue is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

All ticket sales are final and are good only for the event stated on your ticket. We do not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets except in extraordinary circumstances where an artist cancels the show. We do allow you to transfer your tickets to others upon notification to the venue. In the event an artist reschedules a show at the time of cancellation within 90 days of the original date, you will automatically be ticketed for the replacement date and notified. Otherwise, we will refund your ticket within seven days of the cancellation.

We encourage you to confirm the title, date and time of the concert before you complete your transaction.

At the time of your order, Seven Steps Up Live Music & Event Venue will process your order in our ticketing system, reducing the number of seats available for the chosen show time. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed and reserved seats, it prevents us from reselling your seats. If you cannot attend a concert for which you have purchased tickets, you may contact us at 231-557-7687. We will attempt to assist you in finding a buyer of your tickets, but under no circumstance will we repurchase the tickets from you.

SEAT SELECTION

We reserve the right to move your reserved seats to accommodate additional ticket sales. Our venue has 122 seats. Please purchase your seats in such a manner as to encourage ticket purchases around your chosen seat. If you choose to purchase tickets that are not contiguous and that disrupts the ability for others to purchase seats together, we reserve the right to modify your seat selection.

TICKET CONFIRMATION, ADMISSION TO CONCERTS AND FOLLOW-UP EMAILS

You are not required to print your tickets to gain entry to the concert. We keep a listing of all ticket purchases by customer name and seat location. Be prepared to show your ID upon request. You must be 17 or over or accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must have proper ID to purchase alcohol. Providing feedback to our email after the show is optional. If you do not wish to respond, just ignore or delete the email.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK

Outside food and drink is not allowed, including birthday cakes. In the event you would like to have birthday cake, we may provide this service at our discretion for an additional charge.

Bottles of wine may be brought into the venue but will be subject to a $25 corking fee per bottle and must be disclosed upon entry.
